Meridian needed an internal support layer that reduced queue ambiguity and made escalation paths visible. XOREN created a workbench that tied together support state, issue priority, and action ownership so teams could work with less uncertainty.

The system improved operator clarity and reduced the amount of status-chasing happening outside the product.
